Mobile: 
  • Click on the (Help Bubble ) icon at the top left of the home screen.
  • Click on “Send Feedback” at top of the screen. A text box will appear.
  • Type your complaints/feedback in the text box and press the (Send) icon at the top right of the screen.
Web: 
  • Click on the(Help Bubble) icon at the top right of the screen.
  •  A popup appears on the screen. 
  • Select “Send Feedback” from the very top of the popup. 
  • Another popup with a text box appears.
  • Type your complaints/feedback in the textbox and click submit.
