How to send complaints/feedback for an issue in MyLOFT?

Mobile:
- Click on the (Help Bubble ) icon at the top left of the home screen.
- Click on “Send Feedback” at top of the screen. A text box will appear.
- Type your complaints/feedback in the text box and press the (Send) icon at the top right of the screen.
Web:
- Click on the(Help Bubble) icon at the top right of the screen.
- A popup appears on the screen.
- Select “Send Feedback” from the very top of the popup.
- Another popup with a text box appears.
- Type your complaints/feedback in the textbox and click submit.
