Such errors can appear in the following scenarios:

  • Unstable or no internet connection
  • Website URL not working
  • You have exceeded the download limit from any publisher site


Make sure you have a stable internet connection while browsing through MyLOFT.

Check the URL you are trying to access.

In case, you have exceeded the daily download limit of any particular publisher, you will not be permitted to access that particular publisher's site for that day. Try accessing the resource the next calendar day.
