Sometimes, the welcome mail lands up in your spam/promotions mails. Check in those folders for your welcome mail from MyLOFT. You may also type “MyLOFT” in the search bar of your email account, to look for the mail in your inbox.
If not found, get in touch with your library admin and request for welcome mail to be sent. It is also possible that your MyLOFT account is yet to be created. Click here to learn how you can get your MyLOFT account!
